By enrolling in or using any service from Raise My Credit Score LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
These terms apply to all communications, transactions, and services provided by Raise My
Credit Score LLC.
2. Nature of Services
Raise My Credit Score LLC provides credit restoration, credit analysis, and dispute services designed to help clients correct inaccurate, outdated, or unverifiable items on their credit reports under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) and Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA).
We use our proprietary AI technology (“Credit Flow Algorithm”) to identify potential legal violations and generate structured dispute case files. We are not attorneys and do not provide legal advice or representation. If a case meets legal criteria, we may refer you to a licensed attorney with your consent.
3. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
Provide truthful, accurate information at all times.
Maintain active credit monitoring (IdentityIQ, SmartCredit, or MyScoreIQ).
Submit required documentation promptly.
Avoid filing separate or duplicate disputes during active service.
Respond to communication requests in a timely manner.
Failure to cooperate may delay or void results and refund eligibility.
4. Service Duration
Typical service timelines range from 6 to 12 months, depending on credit bureau responsiveness, client participation, and external factors (including government or mail delays). We make no guarantee of a specific score increase or completion date.
5. Refund & Money-Back Guarantee
Raise My Credit Score LLC offers a Money-Back Guarantee:
If your credit score does not improve after we have completed the full dispute process, you are
entitled to a refund minus postage and administrative costs.
Current certified mailing cost: $9.80 per letter.
Refund eligibility requires:
Active credit monitoring throughout the program.
Submission of all requested documentation.
No duplicate or conflicting disputes filed by the client.
Full cooperation and participation during the process.
Refund requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected] within 30
days of program completion.
6. Payment Terms
All payments are processed through secure payment providers such as Stripe or PayPal. Payment plans may be available for qualifying clients.
If a payment fails, services may be paused until balance is restored.
Postage and administrative costs are non-refundable once letters have been mailed.
7. Results Disclaimer
Results vary per client based on credit profile, participation, and credit bureau behavior.
Raise My Credit Score LLC makes no guarantee regarding:
Specific score increases
Loan approvals
Deletion of every negative item
Our services are conducted using proven, lawful dispute and documentation methods.
8. AI Case File & Legal Referrals
Our Credit Flow AI System reviews credit reports for potential violations under:
Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA)
Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA)
Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) standards
When violations are detected, the system generates a structured case file. With your written consent, this file may be referred to a licensed attorney for potential legal action.
We do not guarantee or control attorney outcomes.
Raise My Credit Score LLC is not liable for third-party legal decisions or actions.
9. Limitation of Liability
Raise My Credit Score LLC, including its owners, officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates, is fully released from any and all liability arising out of your use of our services.
By engaging our services, you agree that:
You cannot hold us responsible for any monetary damages, lost profits, denied loans,
emotional distress, or perceived losses.
Services are provided on a “best effort” and “as-is” basis.
We make no promises or guarantees of specific outcomes.
Our total liability, if ever required by law, shall not exceed the amount you paid for
services, minus postage or processing costs.
You waive any right to pursue claims, lawsuits, chargebacks, or complaints seeking
damages of any kind.
All disputes must be resolved solely through binding arbitration in Hampton, Virginia.
Raise My Credit Score LLC is not responsible for actions or failures of any third parties,including:
credit bureaus, creditors, mail carriers, payment processors, or attorneys to whom referrals are
made.
10. Arbitration & Dispute Resolution
All disputes, claims, or controversies related to these Terms shall be resolved exclusively through private binding arbitration in Hampton, Virginia, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA).
By agreeing to these Terms, you waive your right to:
File a lawsuit in any court
Request a jury trial
Participate in a class or collective action
Each party is responsible for their own arbitration costs unless otherwise decided by the
arbitrator.
11. Confidentiality & Data Security
We maintain full confidentiality of all client information. All client data is encrypted, stored securely, and accessed only by authorized personnel. We comply with all applicable FCRA, CROA, and Virginia consumer protection laws.

12. Communication Consent
By providing your phone number or email, you consent to receive communication from Raise My Credit Score LLC, including service updates, account notifications, and educational materials.You may opt out at any time by replying STOP or emailing [email protected].
13. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel services at any time by submitting a written request to [email protected]. Cancellations after disputes have been prepared or mailed are subject to postage and administrative deductions.
14. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed and interpreted according to the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to conflicts of law.
15. Modification of Terms
Raise My Credit Score LLC reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will take effect immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of services constitutes acceptance of any revisions.
16. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Consuming Fire Network, its directors, volunteers, affiliates, and partners from any claims, losses, liabilities, or expenses (including attorney’s fees) arising from your use of our services, content, or communications.
Client Acknowledgment
By purchasing, signing up for, or using Raise My Credit Score LLC services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions in full. You also acknowledge that you have released Raise My Credit Score LLC from any and all claims or liabilities of any kind.
